Maryland Access Point

Maryland Access Point (MAP) is a statewide program that provides information and referral services over the phone and in the office. Information specialists link the caller/visitor to organizations that provide service to older persons, send printed material about services and/or assist in completing applications for benefits and services. Each MAP Office works with one of the Centers for Independent Living to serve persons with disabilities of all ages.

Each county (and Baltimore City) operates a MAP Program. Below are phone numbers for the offices in Maryland. Offices are usually open Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
